I’m a little embarrassed to admit how picky I’ve gotten about sleeping temperature, but this is definitely cooler than my old foam one. That said, I still wake up feeling warm sometimes, so it’s not a perfect fix. Overall, it helps, just not every single night.

I’m happy with this. I used to wake up every time he rolled over, but now I barely notice when he turns. It’s made nights a lot more restful for both of us.

My order showed up later than expected, which was already frustrating, but what really annoyed me was the lack of follow-up. I reached out to support and it felt like they just shrugged it off. No real update, no apology, no one checking back in to make sure it was handled. Disappointing experience overall.

I emailed Sleep On Latex twice about an issue with my order and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then the reply was super short and didn’t really answer my question. I was kind of sitting there like, okay… did they read what I asked?? I ended up having to send the same question again. The mattress itself might be totally fine, but the customer support felt slow and a little cold. For something that costs this much, I feel like getting a basic helpful response shouldn’t be that difficult.

The box arrived beat up, and it was way heavier than I expected, so just getting it inside was a hassle. Once I opened it, the latex smell was really strong, and wrestling the mattress out of the plastic was awkward. Setup took much longer than it should have because it kept folding in on itself, and the cover ended up looking wrinkled afterward. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were coming from robots, not actual people. Overall, not the best first impression

I was really hoping the warranty process would be simple, but it ended up being frustrating. The mattress is comfy enough once it’s finally in place, but getting it upstairs was ridiculous. I knew it wouldn’t be light, but it was way heavier than I expected and I got impatient dealing with it. Good mattress, just be ready for a struggle if you have to move it.

I’ve been happy with this mattress so far. It feels comfortable to sleep on, and the edge support is definitely better than my last mattress, at least from what I can tell. If I’m sitting right on the side, it does give a little more than I’d ideally like, so I wouldn’t call it super firm there. But sleeping near the edge has been totally fine for me. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the edges could maybe be a bit sturdier, but overall it’s a good mattress.

I have bad dust allergies, and so far this mattress has been great for me. I can’t say for sure it’s the only reason, but I haven’t noticed any weird smell and I’m not sneezing all night like I used to. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I ended up returning my mattress because it just wasnt the right feel for me. The whole process was simple though, no weird questions and no runaround. They got back to me quickly and the refund came through exactly like they said it would. it made me feel a lot better about ordering from them.
